wow. this laser is the perfect laser that has enabled me to expand my creativity even farther. first, the box arrived and was well-packaged, i was inspired just looking at all the pretty projects on the box. haha. I purchased the complete kit,the unit took about 30 minutes to setup. also, if you should have any questions ,Cloudray is very happy to help. I strongly recommend this product. easy to use, comes with everything needed to begin creating, great customer service and affordable device.

Assembly was no issue, installation of the software was also okay. I found that creating a piece of work duplicating a piece that used different power settings and speeds helped me understand the capabilities of the laser to find the optimum settings. I also found a few youtube videos to assist me and provide some general help. I have managed to produce some items so far on metal materials. Overall I am very happy the laser is very powerful and I have enjoyed getting to grips with it and enjoying expanding my knowledge.

I've been extremely impressed by the power, speed and accuracy of the device. Just a few years ago, a laser of this kind at this size and price point would have been inconceivable. I am pretty new to this field and I was happier buying a machine like this rather than a similarly priced kit that I'd need to put together and configure. Its sleek design is a huge step up from its predecessor. When it's not in use, it is also compact enough, together with its accessories, to always have a place on my work bench. The app is very easy to use, though its in-app creation features are quite limited; this doesn't bother me. As other people have mentioned, the number of warning popups and confirmation requests can seem excessive, but it has the potential to be an extremely dangerous machine so it's better to have too many warnings than not enough.

This product performs reasonably well. It's build is good, the power enough for what I want. It's easy to assemble but the initial setup wasn't as easy as purported in the software area. The Manuel come with the unit that I have. looking for videos and support center for Assembly. I have no idea of what to do next. But the service is so patient. So the machine is all assembled. I will still see what will happen in the future, updated any time.

I've been using this laser cutter for a few months, now. There are a few things that I really like. This is the first laser machine that I've ever used. So, I'm not able to compare it with other designs. However, the capability of the machine to make precise, accurate cuts, is critically based on the system. Fortunately, this system is so great for precision work. I should also point out that this machine doesn't come with any sort of fume extractor. So for my health, I purchased one. A great powerful laser at an unbeatable price that works.

I have used this laser for few days, it did assemble easily with the included instructions and was packaged very very well. The materials are all finely made and fit together perfectly, imagine that! It pretty much marks everything we wanted. It will mark anodized aluminum, stainless steels with ease and it supports deep engraving. The software included, called EZCad, is surprisingly easy to use and powerful.I had a few tech support questions and Cloudray was extremely helpful in responding to emails.

This laser came already zeroed-in - I didn't have to calibrate, though I did to confirm the settings. It's built very well, takes the parameters from Laser Everything without any issue, and seems to deliver better quality markings and etching than others in its class. The equipment is solidly assembled, gears are smooth, and it is in pristine condition despite traveling the ocean in a small crate. Delivery occurred 3 weeks faster than forecasted, which is always pleasing. I have no problem recommending this to others. If you're wanting to anneal colors into metal, you'll be needing to get this one's bigger brother.This is completely compatible with EZCAD and Lightburn.

This is fantastic make sure you learn how to use it. The software it comes with EZCAD3 is industry standard for these lasers . I bought it because I needed to deep engraving to 1mm and 2mm pattern. and it does a fantastic job. I also wanted the MOPA laser for stainless. The added frequency adjustment does some interesting things to other materials. very satisfied with this shopping.
