Modulation de largeur d’impulsion (PWM):
Le laser est contrôlé par modulation de largeur d’impulsion (PWM). La plage basse tension devrait êtreOto0.5V (laser éteint), la haute tension, les plages devraient être +3.5V à +5V (laser allumé). La modulation de largeur d’impulsion ou PWM, contrôle la puissance laser en faisant varier le rapport cyclique fourni par le contrôleur externe. La fréquence de modulation est de 0-20KHZ. Le rapport cyclique est de 0 à 100 %.
Les étapes spécifiques sont les suivantes :
1. Accès d’alimentation 48VDC au bornier d’entrée d’alimentation laser .+connect+,-connect-.
2. Le contrôleur externe signale l’accès au connecteur laser BNC via un câble coaxial.
Le noyau interne du connecteur BNC se connecte avec + du signal PWM. La coque du connecteur BNC se connecte à la masse du signal PWM.
3. Ouvrez l’alimentation CC, à ce moment-là, l’indicateur vert devrait s’allumer( montré que le laser a été normalement alimenté). Le signal PWM est réglé sur un certain cycle d’utilisation par le logiciel de contrôle de la carte sur l’ordinateur, à ce moment-là, l’indicateur rouge doit s’allumer (montré qu’il a une sortie laser).
