The laser tube was very well wrapped and in a plywood box, was worried about delivery, but after seeing the parcel arrive I will have no hesitation in ordering another when the time comes from cloudray, we ripped out a week RF TUBE from an epilog 36xt and replaced the unit for a 100w glass tube, also replacing the signal transformer unit which came with an amp meter which was cut into the front part of the machine to keep watch on. very pleased with the results.

Got here quick, works well....wasn't actually needed, fuse was blowing because of too many amps pulled by light, water pump and fan on the same circuit....was fine for years, then got picky. Put in new tube and power supply....still had problem, moved periferals on to another circuit...all good, But cutting twice as good as before with new tube and power supply . (old tube was 5 years old)

Good price works as expected. I saw a few posts where people have expressed fogging, which is true but this lens needs additional care specifically of you have used it for longer duration. Ensure air circulation through laser nozzle during cut.
