I haven't unpacked this one completely yet but I did pull the main components out to check. From what I can tell it seems ok. This is my third time to buy products in this shop. They all have arrived in great condition so far and have held up great for me. I expect no less from this machine when I get around to putting it together. This came pretty much WELL, just plug and play aside from the interchangeable grips to hold your workpiece. There's a little bit of a learning curve with positioning, framing, measuring for work area (diameter of workpiece) but once you get it all dialed in, it works great.

Just the right fit for the litemarker Laser engraver. It was easy to install and use. Works great with Light Burn.( had to purchase separate) but so far I’ve been able to work on glass cups and tumblers with no issues. I would recommend it if you need an attachment for your laser. I will updating as I try more materials. But so far so good.

Maintenance is easy. Keep it clean and check the wires for any damage. Handle it carefully in general. Use is simply plug it in and make the height and angle adjustments by turning the knobs, sliding the tail to fit the part you're engraving.

One of the best upgrades you can purchase for your laser cutter. The 18mm can fit the lens holder on the factory holder, I highly recommend it.
