This test used a GM-100 fiber laser with LightBurn software to process a brass necklace pendant. The goal was to check whether the machine could complete piercing, deep engraving, cleaning, and cutting on 1mm-2mm brass.
1. Test Goal
The test was carried out to verify the multi-process performance of the GM-100 on brass pendant material. The required result was a finished pendant with clear engraved detail, completed holes, and a cut outer shape.
2. Test Requirement
The sample was a 1mm-2mm brass necklace pendant. The process included piercing, deep engraving, cleaning, and cutting.

5. Test Result
The GM-100 completed the brass necklace pendant test in 40 min. The final image shows finished brass name pendants with visible raised and recessed details, cut outer edges, and chain assembly. The recorded test effect was good.

This 1mm-2mm brass necklace pendant test achieved the required result using the GM-100. The machine completed multiple operations on the same pendant workflow, including piercing, deep engraving, cleaning, and cutting.
This type of result may be useful for custom name pendants, jewelry samples, personalized gifts, small metal accessories, and small-batch brass craft products. Before batch production, the final parameter values should be confirmed with the same material, artwork file, lens setup, and marking software.
