Cutting capacity

Cloudray Laser warrants its products and parts against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for the stated period.
The whole system (fiber laser included) is guaranteed for 2 years, while auxiliary components, such as chillers, are guaranteed for 1 year.

If any component of the system has issues during the warranty period, service engineers can provide telephone consultation or come on-site for service at any time.
To maintain accurate cutting, first ensure that the laser optics are clean.
Regularly inspect both the laser and the chiller.
Lubricate the transmission system every two weeks, and check and replace the chiller cooling water every 45 days.
We'd highly recommend it if your cutter is performing at 3KW or higher. We also recommend featuring a protective cover if you have a busy workshop with a continuous workflow or have flammable materials lying around the machine.
Oxygen and nitrogen are the most common. Nitrogen is mainly used to cut stainless steel, aluminum, brass, etc., and oxygen is mainly used to cut carbon steel.
If you want to know cutting accuracy, the easiest way is to draw a circle, 3mm, 5mm, or 8mm, the smaller the diameter of the cutting, the round the cutting circle, which proves the cutter with high cutting accuracy.
The cutting accuracy can be controlled at 5-10 filaments, with one filament equal to 0.01mm. You can use Cypcut software to measure the cutting accuracy.
