I have been lasering for about a year with an 80 Watt CO2 machine I purchased so I new a little about laser operations and what a CO2 laser could mark and cut. I wanted to mark metals so I purchased a 50 watt fiber laser. What a superb machine! I have also marked color on stainless steel without much problem...I thought it would take me months to figure it out. After maybe 1 half hour of uncrating the well packaged machine (no damage at all), it only took me less than an hour to be up and running doing my first practice runs. When I messed up the configuration (don't change what you can't remember what to change back to) I gave a note on their web page asking for help. Awesome help arrived via remote access to the laptop that came with the laser. They fixed the problem quickly via remoting. This is truly great. No waiting for technician asking me questions I can't answer...just fixed!! I highly recommend purchasing from them. Like the title says Excellent Laser, Excellent Price, Excellent After Purchase Service.
