Like some other reviewers, this is my first laser engraver.I bought this particular engraver to make display boards and it did a great work. attachments is my projects. really like them.
If you are a beginner, this is a nice machine to learn on without investing a large amount of money. and it is quite fun .

At first I was worried about its, but now I'm very happy with it. I also did some testing on it, I carved some wood and the results were great, I was surprised by the quality of it. Because some materials can give off some harmful substances during the carving or cutting process, it is necessary to keep it ventilated.

I was very nervous about buying this but i went ahead and bought it. And let me say i am glad i did. Getting to the software that was so nice since we received hasn't broken. We played with it with different burns settings and it does good job. It is very much worth the money.

This unit was very well packed in wooden case and a box. There is a after-sale service which is helpful for everyone and more advanced users alike! The laser itself works great so far! The controller allows you to use this laser with Lightburn. The extra perk there is you can run as many instances of Lightburn your computer can handle and run as many different settings as you want!

Often I am afraid to buy the least expensive example of something, because usually the quality suffers and you end up with a bad experience and buying the much more expensive version. So I asked someone, he recommend Cloudray to me. I bought the Co2 laser. It is more than I expectation. It did wonderful job. I'd recommend to buy 2 extra glasses. This engraver is so cool that you're going to want to show your friends!

This is a great beginner product for the price point. I’ve been wanting one for awhile for my Boutique and I’m happy I went with this one! It was super easy to set up and very satisfied with the finished projects. the pattern is clear and marking speed is quick.

I bought the laser last month. The instruction is easy to follow and we set up quickly in about half an hour.
After few tests,we gradually mastered the appropriate parameter settings and the results turned out great.

Once you learn the software and practice a bit it’s amazing what this machine can do. Tons of different settings you can adjust to get different results and it took less then 10 minutes to get set up. Well worth it in my opinion. My before CO2 laser probably won't get too much use now.

I’ve done this a few times with various bits of equipment before and in every case I had been disappointed. however the Cloudray is different, it’s performance exceeds its description. The ease of use is insanely good, the user Interface, construction, and looks are all incredible.
Overall I am very happy with the Cloudray, I knew it was good when I wouldn’t stop recommending it to friends only a day after having bought it.

This is so awesome. The quality is great, it’s easy to use but you have to follow the steps and please adhere to the safety directions and comments especially if you’re a beginner. This is my second engraver (I’m just above beginner now) and it’s 10x better than my previous engraver. The precision is amazing and it’s super smooth. It’s for sure a great buy and worth the dollar amount.

Creativity can definitely be achieved on many levels as far as your imagination can take you with your projects with engraving, cutting, and etching with different materials and objects. The laser calibration is easy to do with adjustability to a fine focus which will give you that crisp finish. Based on your material will determine how many passes you will need to etch or engrave to cutting. Assembly is easy and takes less than 30 mins to do. To control the laser, you can use the app for remote access on the same network or through the software for direct connection. From beginner to advance users, this laser will grow with you. With safety in mind, you will have what you need to make sure that you will be able to operate so as to not cause damage to your eyes because your laser will need a safety goggles for protection. As a recommendation, because the laser beam is strong enough to engrave and cut different materials, it should be in a well-ventlated area, in an enclosure to help move the smoke and or fumes to a safe area or use and fumes and smoke extractor to help keep the air in the area cleaner. Above all the Cloudray is an awesome laser to work with and brings out creativity with endless possibilities.

Lets start talk about the good. 1. It is very fast. 2. Does a good job at marking on metal.
Software installation is very fast for me. There is my experience the software is shipped on a thumb drive. The thumb drive appeared to be empty but it was quarantined by windows security software, after figuring that out. I looked for the files that were in the instructions. I went to the Mr Carve website to try and download the software . I found the software link on a Facebook site and got it to load and work. Above all, i am very happy with this experience.

We bought this machine for our business,We typically engrave each part with a number for assembly purposes. The cost savings alone vs machining the numbers will pay for the machine. It pretty much marks everything we wanted.The software included is surprisingly easy to use and powerful.I had a few tech support questions and Cloudray was extremely helpful in responding to emails.

After reading reviews of almost every laser, I kept coming back to the Cloudray. The easy to use portion really swayed me to go towards the CO2 marking machine . I couldn’t be happier! Within minutes of opening I began marking items. It’s beyond easy. You can even grab photos from your camera roll and engrave. Warning- it is slightly addictive and you will find yourself rummaging through your home to find items to engrave. but I would suggest purchasing a few more glasses. My family all wanted to gather around to check it out. I’m two weeks in and I’m obsessed!

Have this for a couple of months now. I got this as a gift for my daughter ,she makes some items made of leather and wood. She worked with it for a few days using leather,then she got it right for wood, now she can engrave on her wooden products, they are so cute. She said it does have a learning curve but was not hard to learn, and she is thrilled with it.she said it's great and really like it.

I spoke to a sale rep and had them customize the machine with 20mm head and 6x beam expander for finer detail. The machine seemed to be packed quite well. Make sure you have your EIN number if you're importing to the states. Everything worked immediately with Lightburn, and once I figured out how to import the EZCAD settings they gave me on the USB drive the machine was perfectly calibrated and dialed in immediately, which was quite nice since they spent a bunch of time getting it all set up at the factory. They also included some wood and acrylic. Make sure you have really good smoke extraction as this cuts crazy fast and produces an insane amount of smoke.

i have waited a month after i received it before writing my review, first of all the seller was very helpful , the machine was very well packed. Now the machine was very easy to set up, all cables and sockets were numbered, i have never had any experience with CO2 lasers but had this up and running in 30 mins, i have never seen anything like it, so accurate, so fast, so powerful, its been on everyday for 10 to 12 hours, not even a stutter, every time i have needed any help Cloudray has always helped. i was scared to buy such an expensive item from China but this seller is genuine, the machine is made so well, no cheap components, it is well worth the money, i will definitely use this seller again, many thanks to Cloudray and the team , i am a happy customer TEN STARS

I was extremely surprised of how easy it was to use the engraver and set it up. I have been doing a bunch of small projects while learning how to use it. It is well worth the money for a budget engraver and has features that some of the more expensive ones do. I will likely purchase another item in the future

After watching a few YouTube videos I was able to produce the following design for my first burn.
There is a very helpful Facebook group to give you guidance. One thing to make sure Of is to never look at the laser even with the goggles on as this can cause permanent damage to your eyes.
This is great for making crafts of all shapes and sizes!

Perfect seller. I did lot of questions about the item and he always very patiently answered in a very very short time (some minutes!).
