The unit itself seems very well made and feels very nice . The unit is easy to assemble out of the box and I got good results on my very first attempt. But when you are using it I would recommend trying to vent the smoke and fumes outside, although if you are only doing small engravings.

I bought my fiber laser a little over a year ago and could not be more pleased. It has done everything I have asked of it with better than expected results. I purchased all the lenses you can get for it but have only used the 300mm lens so far as it has performed quite well in all my applications. I liked the machine Cloudray built that I just bought their CR7050 55 watt laser. Although I haven't fired it up yet (I am remodeling a space in my basement for it) it looks to be an excellent built machine. I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of Cloudray products.

The laser was packaged and setup really well. It does come in a large heavy wooden crate so you should be ready with a crowbar to get it out. We bought this machine to engrave parts. The laser is more versatile and does amazing quality work and you never have to worry about breaking parts.

It does use two of the major programs which is great, but is not still easy, it does take time to learn and get used to. I think overall it's a great kit for starting out.

A lot of these fiber lasers are made by the same company so I shopped around a bit looking for the best deal.
I also wanted a JPT with a wider frequency range, this one fit the bill.
It also came with a D80 rotary axis included in the price, other companies wanted an additional $350-400 for the rotary.
Mine was shipped to California and arrived quickly.
The hardest part about setting it up was getting it out of the wood crate. It was well packaged and no damage when opened.
Instructions were pretty simple to follow for setup.
Comes with EZ Cad lite but it also works with Lightburn. You'll have to purchase Lightburn for Fiber (Galvo) lasers.
I had some questions so I emailed the seller, they responded very quickly. I also wanted a taller gantry, they gave me a price, I paid and they shipped quickly.
Over all, the laser has been working amazingly well and support answered my questions quickly.

Laser works great. Engraving and cutting on-size. Initial set-up with the supplied EXCad 2 lite software required some messing around that may be troublesome for someone with less comfort troubleshooting on the program install and initiation. Note that working with each material will require research and testing for optimal settings. Expect to need sample material to play around with and take notes & use the profiles function to keep track.
