If you briefly look at how the software works with the help of a few videos, you'll get behind it well. If you don't know the parameters of different materials ,you can ask their customer support for help.
I think the device is suitable for beginners, since I had never had any contact with laser engraving before, but I also was able to familiarize myself with it fairly quickly.

The power and work area of this model are in the description of the product and I believe the machine does what is stated in the description. I consider this best for someone with some good laser knowledge. If you are new to lasers in general, please review safety protocols. Lasers can cause serious injuries. Do not take a chance on a mistake that may damage your eyes or burn your skin. Lasers should never be left unattended while powered on and these are not toys, not even for teenagers without serious parental involvement.
The unit is packaged very well. Setup time is short. It is highly recommended by those on a social media page.

The packaging is premium . Inside the box everything is encased in foam.
The unit itself seems very well made and feels very nice .
The app to run it is easy to use and most settings are self explanatory.
The rotary coming with the laser also does a great job. very like it.

This Cloudray laser is also very easy to use.I can mark items proficiently after only using it for a while.The top hand wheel can help the user to focus on objects of different heights precisely.and It has double red light pointer, which better determines the marking range.

Overall I am seriously impressed with the quality of the laser machines. We did run into some issues on delivery but they were quickly fixed. I highly recommend this company because of the excellent service and support they provided. The machine was easier to assemble and took about an hour, comparing with my two things, I feel like Cloudray wins in all other categories. I'm not disappointed with either machine, but if let me recommend, I would suggest the Cloudray.

This is a great laser. Nice quality and quite quick! It was packaged very well and arrived with no issues. The software is easy to use, with no learning curve. It comes with everything, including exhaust fan, hose. The chiller is also very high quality. I have nothing but goods to say about the product.

Delivery was quick. Laser itself had wrong power lead and I ended up converting it to IEC C19 and three pin plug. The Ezcad wouldn't run due to Windows 11.
Once I got past these problems It's great ,having fun engraving Aluminium, Brass, Steel ,plastics . I already own Lightburn for 2 CO2 lasers and cost $73 to upgrade to galvo.
The one thing I will say is that it's a steep learning curve to use a Galvo over the more straightforward CO2 and Diode lasers ,so be prepared to watch a lot of Youtube and reading but goes for them, all not just this manufacturer . I am still struggling to get the F Theta lens correction right on my 100 mm lens, they are definately no plug and play

Overall good product. If you have never ran one before plan on watching a lot of videos on setup and running Ezcad software. You can ask the customer service staff to do the help. They are so glad to talk to you. Shipping took a few weeks and was seamless. It was packaged very well and the box I was able to repurpose as a scrap wood holder.

When tech support called and the machine was set up I was left alone with the machine to figure it out . To say that I am satisfaction with this process .
