other than the loose screws, easy to fix, all is good, solid hardware, easy to adjust, big (check dimensions of your laser equipment). Didn’t mention it arrived earlier that expected. Thanks. Looks ok; but it came with 2 loose screws. Not something that can’t be handled, but makes you think what else to expect. Will update after a few uses.

I purchased two other rotary rollers that did not work out at all for me. This one maintains good traction so you get an accurate cut. No odd errors. One of the parts came assembled in the mirror of what it should have been. Not a big problem. Be sure to look at pictures in the instructions very carefully. This unit plugs directly into the control board on the laser unit. I simply plugged it into Y-2 and unplug the Y axis motor on the laser. This makes for a simple change for either rotary or flat. I am using Lightburn software. This unit just simply works.

Good quality rotary.I purchased this item no being sure if it would work in my laser. It does. It took me a little while to figure out how to set it up; I'm new to laser engraving. So far, so good. Good quality! sturdy and heavy!

Check the wiring! A+A-B+B- were in the correct order on the connection, but again, I had to take it apart and solder up the faulty connection. I have been running it at 1.60A peak/ 1.13A RMS and the motor has been running very smooth, stable holding power and NO problem turning heavy beer mugs! Speaking of, a large beer mug and this unit will take up around 8". I recommend this for users with a Z depth of at least 8"(200mm).
